Virtual CIO

EAI will provide clients with monthly reporting detailing resolved tickets, patching, antivirus performance, service availability and network reliability.
Cloud Backup
Our cloud backup solution automatically backs up your data to a secure online location. This includes AES-256 bit DOD Level Encryption of all data. Clients must have a 5 megabyte or higher Internet connection (both upload and download).
Microsoft 365
We help you procure and fully utilize current Office 365/Microsoft 365 capabilities. Are your password requirements set up? Is email logging enabled and email forwarding disabled? We will review security features with you and make sure the ones you need are implemented correctly.
